Ingredients:
• 500-600gms. boneless poultry (cut into1-inch cubes)

• 2 tablespoons Soy products sauce

• 1 egg

• 2 tablespoons maize flour / maize starch

• 5-6 natural chilies (finely chopped)

• 2 natural red onion shirts (finely chopped), if available

• 1 tsp beans paste

• Sodium To Taste

• 1/2 tsp white-colored spice up dust or to taste

• 1 tsp sugar

• A touch of ajinomoto (optional)

• 2 mugs poultry soup / water

• 1 tablespoons oil

• Oil to fry
                                                                
Method:
• Take 1tbsp. Soy products marinade, 1tbsp. maize flour, sodium, egg in a dish and marinate poultry items in the the combination for about 10-15 moments.

• Warm oil and deep fry the marinated poultry items until fantastic brown.

• Now in a individual wok / kadhai heat 1 tablespoons. oil and add beans insert and natural chilies and sauté for few seconds.

• Add 2 mugs of poultry soup or water. Bring to steam and add sugar, spice up dust, sodium, ajinomoto and staying Soy products marinade.

• Add deep fried poultry items to it and prepare for few moments.

• Break up the staying maize flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry mixing constantly to avoid mounds. Cook for 2-3 moments.

• Serve soup poultry hot garnished with sliced natural red onion tops. Goes well with steamed / boiled grain.

Method:
First put the poultry inventory in the pan add butter and put it on the mild fire when butter melts then add flour in it and put off the fire.

afghani baryani

Ingredients:
1) 1 kg lamb various meats on the bone

2) 11 Cloves

3) 1 huge Nutmeg sticks

4) 2 Tsp. Salt

5) 1 tbsp Cinnamon paste

6) 1 tbsp Garlic oil paste

7) 8 mugs Water

8) 3 mugs Ice_gid247'>Basmati rIce good quality

9) 3/4 cup food preparation Oil

10) 1 huge red onion skinned & very finely slIced

11) 8 natural Cardamoms

12) 1 Tsp. Cumin seed products zeera

13) 4 Green beans, peeled and grated

14) ½ cup natural Raisins

15) ½ cup maple nut products.

 
Method:
1. Cut various meats into huge items and clean thoroughly under freezing tap water.
2. Place various meats, nutmeg, cloves, sodium, water, garlic oil and cinnamon in a large
heavy centered marinade pan.
3. Carry to steam and skimmed off any scum that increases to the
top.
4. Decrease warm, protect and allow to steam properly for 40 to 45 moments until
the various meats is soft.
5. Meanwhile, put grain in a filter and clean it thoroughly under running cold
tap until water operates clear.
6. Relax in a lot of water for 1½
hours.
7. Strain in a filter and let it stand for a minute or two.
8. Fry nut products, raisins and green beans independently in 2 tbsps of oil in a
small skillet.
9. keep aside. Heat oil in a huge hefty centered pan, add onion

10. Add nutmeg keep,cloves, green cardamoms, cumin, various meats and 6 mugs of stock, add water ifnecessary to make 6 mugs.
11.Bring to steam and add grain to it.
12. Carefully mix once. Cover reducing warm to method and prepare for 7-10 moments.
13. Gently mix grain.
14. Do not mix to hard otherwise the grain will break.
15. Put a part of carrot, raisins and maple nut products on the top of grain.
16. Cover with a the right lid, reduce warm to very low and allow to prepare for
another 7 - 10 moments until grain is soft.
17. Blow up grain with a derive, then exchange it into to a warmed providing bowl.
18. Provide with Raita.

shahjahani baryani

Ingredients:

• Mutton 1 kg

• Cinnamon Garlic oil mixture 3 tbsp

• Salt to taste

• Red spicy pepper to taste

• Bay leave 3

• Clove 10

• Red onion 2

• Cashew nut 1 cup

• Turmeric root extract extract 1 tsp

• Cumin seeds 2tbsp

• Sesame seeds 3 tbsp

• Destroy Grape 3 tbsp

• Dairy 1/2 cup

• Saffron 1 tsp

• Natural 250 gm

• RIce 500 gm

• Vinegar 2tbsp

• Treat 500 gm

Method:
Boil grain with therapy and sodium.
In a pan add ghee saute red onion in it then add cinnamon garlic oil mixture.
Add boiled mutton in it and fry for 5 moments.
Put all spices or herbs and fry more.
In another pan prepare grape, cashew nut and sesame with out oil.
Blend cooking substances with natural and add in mutton prepare for 5 moments.
Add saffron dairy 4 tablespoons and keep.
In a large pan add grain then mutton again add grain and mutton and saffrn and dairy cover with lid give vapor on slowly fire.
When drag treat is crunchy provide it. Your Shahjahani Biryani is ready.

Ingredients
RIce 300 gm

Chicken ½ kg

Yogurt 250 gm

Onion 2

Tomatoes 3

Green chilies 4 – 5

Coriander simply departs ¼ bunch

Ghee ¼ cup

Oil ½ cup

Yellow shade few drops

Saffron 1 little packet

Dry plum 100 gm

Mustard seed products 1 tsp

All spIce powdered ingredients 1 tsp

Chili powdered ingredients 1 tbsp

Cumin seed products 1 tbsp

Kewra 2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic oil mixture 2 tbsp

Method:
Heat ½ cup oil in a pan, add 2 sliced red onion and sauté until fantastic brown.Add 2 tablespoons cinnamon garlic oil mixture, 3 sliced garlic oil, 1 tablespoons cumin seed products, 1 tsp mustard seed products, sodium to taste, 4 – 5 green chilies, 1 tablespoons soup powdered ingredients, 1 tsp all liven powdered ingredients, 250 gm natural, ½ kg poultry and 1 cup water. Cook for 10 – 12 moments and turn the fire off.
Boil 300 gm grain until a little soft, remove a little grain and add to the poultry combination.Also add 100 gm plum and ¼ lot of sliced cilantro simply departs.Boil the staying grain until 3/4th done, add the boiled grain to poultry combination.
Spread 2 tablespoons kewra and few falls of yellow color on top grain.Also spread 1 small bundle of saffron, propagate ¼ cup dissolved ghee on top.Simmer for 10 – 12 moments. Serve with raita and greens.

• Ghee 1/2 cup

• Curd 1/4 kg

• Milk products 1/2 cup

• Garlic oil oil combination 1/2 tsp

• Nutmeg combination 1/2 tsp

• Nutmeg 1" piece

• Organic Cardamoms 3-4

• Cardamom_gid319'>Black Cardamoms 2-3

• Cloves 3-4

• Kewra Material 1/4 tsp

• Vegetables 3-4

• Salt to taste .........


. Method:
Heat 4 tbsps.. ghee and fry 50 percent the vegetables cut into pieces until fantastic brownish.
Grind and mix with the washed, sliced mutton in which all other substances have been included except dairy and kewra.
Keep aside for an time. Now steam until the curd has dry out and various meats is soft.
Add a little ghee and fry until brownish.
Boil grain until 50 percent prepared. Eliminate.
Heat ghee and fry staying vegetables, add the 50 percent prepared grain.
Top with various meats combination. Mix the dairy with a little saffron and a few falls of kewra.
Pour over the biryani.
Remove from fire, closure off the lid with money and put stay hot coals on top until done.

2. Now add water (equal to the amount of rice), dark cumin, spice up and steam.

4. For Korma: Heat oil in a soup pot, and fry red onion until brown.
5. Then add tomato, plum and all spices or herbs.
6. Stir fry and add poultry and prepare for 15 moments.
7. At the end add natural and further prepare for 2-3 moments.
8. Now take half of prepared grain in a individual bowl, and propagate the prepared qorma over it.
9. Lay natural preparing (mint, cilantro and natural chillies) on it, propagate the staying prepared Rice and again lay natural preparing on top.
10. Cover and prepare on light fire for 15 moments or until done.
