chikkan

Ingredients: 1 Cup steam poultry shreded 1 1/2 Cup poultry stock 1 Little red onion cut into slices 2 Method dimension natural chillies well sliced. oil for frying 4 Eggs 1 cup maida(flour) 4 tablespoons butter 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp spice up grinded
                       

Method:
First put the poultry inventory in the pan add butter and put it on the mild fire when butter melts then add flour in it and put off the fire.

Let it awesome for a while and then add poultry items, red onion, greenchillies, sodium , spice up and the egg and mix it and put 1/4 cup of water and mix it well.

Deep fry it like we fry pakoras until they get fantastic brownish.

Delicious poultry puffs are prepared to provide.Enjoy with catsup.
