Ingredients:

• RIce 1/2 kg
• Nutmeg Garlic oil Mixture 2 tablespoons ..........
Method:
1. For Rice: In a cooking pot warm oil and add cloves, dark cardamom (broken), bay simply departs, nutmeg, mix fry.
2. Now add water (equal to the amount of rice), dark cumin, spice up and steam.
3. When it comes, add grain to it and prepare method fire until water cures.
4. For Korma: Heat oil in a soup pot, and fry red onion until brown.
5. Then add tomato, plum and all spices or herbs.
6. Stir fry and add poultry and prepare for 15 moments.
7. At the end add natural and further prepare for 2-3 moments.
8. Now take half of prepared grain in a individual bowl, and propagate the prepared qorma over it.
9. Lay natural preparing (mint, cilantro and natural chillies) on it, propagate the staying prepared Rice and again lay natural preparing on top.
10. Cover and prepare on light fire for 15 moments or until done.
