shahjahani baryani

Ingredients:

• Mutton 1 kg

• Cinnamon Garlic oil mixture 3 tbsp

• Salt to taste

• Red spicy pepper to taste

• Bay leave 3

• Clove 10

• Red onion 2

• Cashew nut 1 cup

• Turmeric root extract extract 1 tsp

• Cumin seeds 2tbsp

• Sesame seeds 3 tbsp

• Destroy Grape 3 tbsp

• Dairy 1/2 cup

• Saffron 1 tsp

• Natural 250 gm

• RIce 500 gm

• Vinegar 2tbsp

• Treat 500 gm

Method:
Boil grain with therapy and sodium.
In a pan add ghee saute red onion in it then add cinnamon garlic oil mixture.
Add boiled mutton in it and fry for 5 moments.
Put all spices or herbs and fry more.
In another pan prepare grape, cashew nut and sesame with out oil.
Blend cooking substances with natural and add in mutton prepare for 5 moments.
Add saffron dairy 4 tablespoons and keep.
In a large pan add grain then mutton again add grain and mutton and saffrn and dairy cover with lid give vapor on slowly fire.
When drag treat is crunchy provide it. Your Shahjahani Biryani is ready.
