baryani

Ingredients:

• RIce 1/2 kg

• Mutton 1/2 kg

• Ghee 1/2 cup

• Curd 1/4 kg

• Milk products 1/2 cup

• Garlic oil oil combination 1/2 tsp

• Nutmeg combination 1/2 tsp

• Nutmeg 1" piece

• Organic Cardamoms 3-4

• Cardamom_gid319'>Black Cardamoms 2-3

• Cloves 3-4

• Kewra Material 1/4 tsp

• Vegetables 3-4

• Salt to taste .........


. Method:
Heat 4 tbsps.. ghee and fry 50 percent the vegetables cut into pieces until fantastic brownish.
Grind and mix with the washed, sliced mutton in which all other substances have been included except dairy and kewra.
Keep aside for an time. Now steam until the curd has dry out and various meats is soft.
Add a little ghee and fry until brownish.
Boil grain until 50 percent prepared. Eliminate.
Heat ghee and fry staying vegetables, add the 50 percent prepared grain.
Top with various meats combination. Mix the dairy with a little saffron and a few falls of kewra.
Pour over the biryani.
Remove from fire, closure off the lid with money and put stay hot coals on top until done.
